xD card ordered 29.12.06. Price the best

xD card ordered 29.12.06. Price the best I could find... however...Website says delivery within 5 days or they will inform you. No communication as at 10.01.07. I phoned 10/1 and was told item despatched 8/1. Called again on 12/1 and was told item despatched that morning. 15/1 cancelled order by email (no answer when trying to call) as I have no confidence in service having been told 2 different things and still not received goods.
Also had another order of batteries - some were missing but no explanation. I called and was told they were waiting for new stock. I don't hold out much hope of receiving them and I'm expecting to have to inform my card company to recover money.
