Last 2 orders with Directfoto have taken

Last 2 orders with Directfoto have taken a while to be fulfilled. The last order took a month as they failed to dispatch one item and seemed to have forgotten all about it. I'd use them again but would be a bit wary of ordering anything of high value or that I needed in a hurry.
