Had already placed an order for a 4pack

Had already placed an order for a 4pack of Energizer AA Rechargeable 2500 batteries before reading the reviews. My experience was all good. Product including delivery was virtually half the price of local large chain supermarket and arrived within 2 days of placing the order. Infact the confirmation email to tell me the order had been despatched arrived 10 mins after the product was in my hand having been delivered by Royal Mail. Note I've entered a score of 5 on customer care because there wasn't an option of N/A but I never actually had any dealings with them.
