At first i thought WOW good price for a

At first i thought WOW good price for a set of Phillips DVD+RW discs so I snapped them up quickly. The whole process went well and I received my goods in good time but when i opened the package they had sent me TDK DVD-RW discs?! I thought this was ok to replace like for like but they sent me DVD-RW discs and not DVD+RW discs. My machine only uses DVD+ discs so I emailed them back. They were quite happy to take them back so i sent them back to the address they supplied (which i thought was good service) but i have emailed them twice since then to say I have not received replacements and still they have not replied and I'm not sure if I will get my replacements at all? They might only be £4.99 but if they want customers to write good reviews and get even more customers then they need to improve their service. As I can see from the reviews a lot of people are not happy with them at all!
