I ordered 3 ink cartridges from this

I ordered 3 ink cartridges from this shop as kelkoo directed me to them, one of the cheapest. I ordered with ease and then awaited my delivery. It took longer to arrive than expected, a little over a week and only 1 of the 3 had arrived. The invoice said that the other 2 were out of stock and that they would refund my card accordingly. I was disappointed that they did not contact me prior to the delivery to let me know they were out of stock - the website certainly didn't tell me they were out of stock when I ordered them! I ordered the ones I needed from another site and waited for my refund. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and still no sign of a refund. I keep trying to get them on the telephone but it seems to be permanently engaged! I will not be shopping with them again and would not recommend them at all.
