I ordered a digital photo frame at £95.

I ordered a digital photo frame at £95. The money was debited same day on December 9th. The item is still not here on December 28th and despite emailing several times I have received no reply. I have also telephoned the contact number from the website more than eight times met with an engaged tone and am convinced that this is disconnected. I now face bank charges to retrieve my funds, have wasted many hours of my time, and have not had the christmas present I chose for my father. I am very angry.
