I ordered an SD memory card. Order

I ordered an SD memory card. Order tracking indicated that it had been dispatched. Nothing arrived. I emailed them - no response, tried phoning but answer machine only with no ability to leave a message. Tried writing again - no response. was about to claim a refund from my credit card company and tried phoning one final time and got an answer. I explained problem, received some glib response about being let down by suppliers, I explained that I had already written and she denied all knowledge of emails. I cancelled order and am awaiting refund. Promised e mail confirming this has not materialised. do not use this company they are not trustworthy.
