The day after our order was placed we

The day after our order was placed we had a call to say our dishwasher was not in stock. We got one delivered about 3 weeks later. The team at Iguana were friendly and efficient throughout, and kept us updated. Iguana's customer service was excellent. My only complaint is that it would have been helpful if the website had reported upfront that the product had gone out of stock. Read Full Review »

Very impressed with the whole service

Very impressed with the whole service from selecting to delivery to my door in 2 days.Price was excellent compared on kelko, customer service(jodie)was very professional.
Clear instructions for delivery was given with a 3 hour time slot, drivers were great, even took the packageing with them.
Would definetly use them and recommend again and again.

Very good price, received a phone call the day after ordering to arrange delivery and product delivered on time (3hr delivery slot). Beware though if you need a weekend delivery as this isn't shown as an option on the website - would advise you call before ordering. Read Full Review »

Delivered wrong model after first missed

Delivered wrong model after first missed delivery.It took 3 weeks thats 3 mondays missed. Suprise they came unannounced on a friday luckly we were in.

This was my first order with Iguana. I ordered a Candy washing machine at a very good price and with the removal of the old one. Everything went completely smoothly, and they kept in touch - my place is hard to find, and the driver phoned a couple of times to make sure they were going in the right direction.
