    The price was competive and was processed quickly and delivered within three days but the product is faulty [some LCD s not working resulting in line across screen] and this merchant has failed to replace this product within six weeks of purchase.

    Appalling service. No communication what so ever from the company. It says delivery within 3-5 working days and after me phoning on numerous occasions and speaking to various managers after more than 3 weeks I could still not get a straight answer of when I would be receiving my goods so therefore canceled my order. Secondly is that i applied finace just a week before reapplying and i was given a credit.     Online site said in stock. However, after 1 week, an e-mail response said merchandise awaited from suppliers. Telephone call after a further week indicated another 2 weeks before possible delivery. This is an unacceptable delay. The order was cancelled. I hope that the promised refund is not also delayed! I contacted the supplier and they apologised and offered for me to return the item at mt expense. I agreed to keep the item and they agreed to provide a £10 voucher for the inconvenience.     A nightmare with staff prepared to lie and managers prepared top lie even more so.

    I ordered a flat screen pc monitor from Digital Empire Online . I asked the sales assistant to recommend a flat screen tv to use a pc monitor, he told me all brands are similar and that i should have the Sony Bravia .
