I seem to be experiencing the same problems as everyone else with delivery of a TV. Item is still marked as being in stock but still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later on, despite numerous calls to them and promises that it will be despatched every week. The worst online store you could ever use!! Biggest con artists going!! ordered sony blu ray player few weeks ago to be delivered by 5 days and in stock when ordered. Not recieved it so decided to phone up to see where it was only to be told that they wernt getting them in stock until 3 months later!!!an email explaining this would have been nice!! there happy enough to take ur money out str8 away... All in all pretty good. The only down side is the finance. In the finance options when you read it, it says you will pay £29 admin fee NO YOU DONT you pay £35. Have emailed the company but have had no reply. Guess i wont see a refund V12 finance don not deal with this. Read Full Review »

I have nothing good to say about this company. I ordered a 42 inch LCD tv from them on the 24 nov. The tv i wanted was displayed as being in stock and delivered in 3 to 5 working days which was great as I wanted tv delivered by Sat 6th. Excellent service and price, I was apprehensive when i saw this deal on a Sony Bravia tv £300 cheaper than Comet! But I had no need, the tv arrived at my work address after a call from the dispatch office asked where I would be on the next day when they wanted to deliver. Arrived exactly as explained, beautiful brand new tv in original packaging.

Waited in every day ...
