    Ordering 42" Panasonic Plasma, no problem, in stock, phoned to advise of delivery date and arrived.

    However delivery man was on his own and could not get the heavy 39kg box up the 8 steps on our front path. He then said to my wife that we hadn t said there were steps and said he would take the TV away if she could not help.

    The delivery and purchase have been very good, unfortunately my hausband has tryed to contact Sony themselves about conecting a DVD Recorder to the television and we have had no reply. This does not reflect on this company at all and I would use them again.

    Accepted my order when goods were out of stock. Didn t inform me, but still debited my credit card. When I progressed the order 3 days later I was told goods were available but that it was a despatch issue and would call back. No call received. I had to ring again.     All ok except that the voucher to claim the free starter pack was not included with the camcorder. I had to call the supplier and in fairness they said they will send this to me straight away. The literature did not orignally state that the starter pack had to be claimed via a voucher.     When I ordered this product it actually came from a company called TCC Discount Store (or something similar). I rang up the company for a refund as I changed my mind about the product. The staff did not know anything apart from that I had to return it in 7 days of delivery for a full refund otherwise would lose money, but of course the manager wasnt in that day to speak too. I received a call less than 48 hours after placing my order and delivery arrived on Bank Holiday Monday as promised.
