    Item converted to multi region, however there is no record of this with the documentation. Seller indicated that if the item was under 15Kg it would be despatch on 24Hr delivery, this did not happen even though the DVD recorder was significantly less than 15Kg. We waited in all day for the item, phoning up only late p.m.to be told delivery had been attempted at the wrong address (a mile away), that a note had been put through the door there and that the item was now back at their depot, from where we would have to collect it if we wanted it that day!.     Very easy to order online from them and the cheapest price I could find including delivery. They delivered my 40" TV within 2 days of ordering it and, what I think is best of all for an online order, they called me the day before to confirm the delivery date.
