    From order placed to delivery was only a couple of days. The warning that they were going to deliver did not come until 17:25 the night before. The customer service department did not seem to know when in the 10:00 to 17:00 timeslot they would deliver and it was a pain not to be given the drivers mobile number to check for myself.     Only criticism is that I had to ring to check definitely in stock. Then ordered on Friday afternoon, phone call following Tuesday to check if I was in the following day, TV arrived before 2 pm as requested.
