    TV delivered in good order and I was satisfied with purchase.
    Some improvement options - Ordered on a Friday and told it would arrive Monday or Tuesday but actually came on Wednesday. Tracking order facility on website didn t change from "order received and processing" throughout the period. They did call on Tuesday to confirm delivery on Wed though. Read Full Review »

    Avoid Digital Empire Online! I have never dealt with such an incompetent company as this one.
    It was so bad that I filed a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading and my local Trading Standards Department. First time I ever felt a need to file a formal complaint against any company.
