    Easy to use website, found what I wanted with a good picture. easy to order and pay for, with a very fast despacth.
    The only down fall is that even after delivery the status of my order on their site is recieved and being processed. It was totally unaware that my goods were despatched. E-mails have been ignored and I have been fobbed off at phone calls. I could not track my order on line as promised - it simply told me the product ordered was out of stock, in spite of it still being marked as available on the website.     Checked the progress of my order on line a cople of days after ordering. Order was Being Processed . About 30 mins later the doorbell rang and a guy delivered my order!
    This was great as far as I was concerned but it means that if you are not always at home the order status system would not work very well.
