    I ordered the TV when it was out of stock and had to keep phoning. Each time I was told when new stock was expected, but in fairness, Sony deleted the model and replaced it with an updated, more expensive model. Yes I had to wait, but was eventually given the new model, which is excellent, at no extra cost. Communication could have been much better, but worth the wait. Read Full Review »

    Web site gave the impression that TV was

    Web site gave the impression that TV was in stock so I ordered, but it was out of stock. Other sites had the item cheaper but admitted being out of stock. When the first delivery date passed I had to contact them. I only learned the TV had arrived by contacting them and then the promised delivery was not met due to sickness!     Having only purchased on line only three times previously i am a bit causious.
    I found it very reassuring to use the Kelkoo list of recommended sellers, which gave full contact details of the listed companies.
    I did find the product £5 cheaper but they were in Ireland a did not mention UK envolvment in thier company info.

I was then told i would receive it on the friday 7 days after ordering the tv , so i put a holiday in at work only to receive an email the day after stating i would not get the tv until the middle of next week. 11 days after the order .
