Ordered a Panasonic DVD recorder on

Ordered a Panasonic DVD recorder on Tuesday 26/12 and it arrived on Thursday 28/12. As the 26/12 was a holiday then this equates to same day order processing and next day delivery from Digital Empire even though it was probably a busy time for them, so I am very impressed. I haven't tested the unit yet but I can't fault the order and delivery process of Digital Empire. Excellent service.

The item ordered was out of stock but the order tracking facility did not show this or anything meaningful.

It was very difficult to get hold of the supplier on the phone. I had to phone and speak to someone four times before my goods were delivered. Read Full Review »

Ordered a Sony Hi-Fi, the site did not state it was out of stock. When chased the item I was told it would be on the next delivery, after two weeks of chasing and being told it was on the next delivery time and time agin, it was not. Then I was told they had contacted Sony and guaranteed that it was on the next shipment, low and behold it was not.
