    worst internet company i have dealt with, stock availabilty not shown on website,when i phoned told it was in stock and delivery would be 2 days later,so i ordered on internet, when i phoned after waiting in all day to ask why item was not delivered i was told it was not in stock,so i cancelled and the had to phone several times to get confirmation email of refund, despite assurancies it would be ...     Ordered a Panasonic DVD recorder on

    Ordered a Panasonic DVD recorder on Tuesday 26/12 and it arrived on Thursday 28/12. As the 26/12 was a holiday then this equates to same day order processing and next day delivery from Digital Empire even though it was probably a busy time for them, so I am very impressed. I haven't tested the unit yet but I can't fault the order and delivery process of Digital Empire. Excellent service.

    Ordered a Sony Hi-Fi, the site did not state it was out of stock. When chased the item I was told it would be on the next delivery, after two weeks of chasing and being told it was on the next delivery time and time agin, it was not. Then I was told they had contacted Sony and guaranteed that it was on the next shipment, low and behold it was not.
