    I ordered a dvd recorder at 11.22am on Wednesday 7th February, and it arrived at 11.00am on Friday 19th February.

    It states on the website that items should be delivered next day, but less than 2 days I cannot complain at.

    Very poor service all round. Ordered a Pioneer DV490 DVD player which was claimed to be in stock when phoned before placing order online. Payment taken but no goods received. After several phone calls, given a different excuse each time, ranging from; no stock at present to Pioneer are not delivering any items due to cold weather .

    Having read previous reports, decided to phone about stock, told shipment due in 7 days and delivery to me would arrive on Friday, which it did.
    I decided to buy from this merchant as they confirmed they would honor 12 months warranty even thought device made multi-region (free). Other vendors would not offer the same.

    Ordered a DVD recorder on late Wednesday afternoon and it arrived first thing Friday. Can t complain about that! Great service.

    Although I put a 3 (Good) for customer care, I haven t used it for any reason (nor do I hope to!).

    Almost excellent all round, one minor glitch. Had arranged verbally delivery for 26/1/07, stayed off work all day. Had to phone to chase up and then informed that wouldn t be that day. They did however recover the situation by arranging delivery for the next day Saturday, when it did arrive.

Having researched the goods I was looking for, I finally found it in stock and at a competitive price on this site. ?Brilliant!?
