Easy to order on internet. Email saying order confirmed. No contact after that. Order status said TV would be delivered on 10/2/2007 waited in all day and never arrived. Finally arrived on 15/2/2007 with no contact to say it was being delivered. Delivery driver said had tried to deliver on 14/2/2007 to a number 63 when house nunber should have been 62. give this lot a miss. These really are hoples with regard to delivery and are just time wasters. If you got yours then well done. This kind of delivery service and inability to find your order let alone track it makes the prospect of just going to the shop and getting it yourself a much better option.
So in short give these a side step end of!!!!

Goods ordered and paid for with overnight delivery promised. 10 days later, still no goods. Got in touch again, said they were out of stock. I cancelled order and was promised refund. Had to chase 5 times over the next three weeks and only received £300 refund after citing this as a breach with Credit Card company.

I ordered a dvd recorder at 11.22am on Wednesday 7th February, and it arrived at 11.00am on Friday 19th February.

It states on the website that items should be delivered next day, but less than 2 days I cannot complain at.
