Very pleased with the TV once received however the experience with Digital Empire was poor. Ordering on-line was easy, however it was the delivery and poor customer service which let this transaction down. Two confirmation e-mails were sent once the order was received, however no e-mail was received to inform when the item was dispatched and when to expect delivery. An order number was disclose... Ordering the not simplist but goods

Ordering the not simplist but goods arrived on Tuesday after ordering on Saturday Morning. No problems at all with the DVD recorder I ordered so can t really comment on customer care. Over all I m happy as it was so cheap compared to the high street. Read Full Review »

if it had not been good on price I would not use again. promised delivery time when order placedwas 3-4 days. actual delivery time 1 month +. I was not kept informed of why delays happened or offered any apology from them. would think hard and long if I needed to use them again.

In terms of ordering and delivery I had no problems BUT the goods arrived faulty and they refused to give me a full refund even though I was legally entitled to one (under the Sale of Goods Act). Received order 2days later but was damaged contacted company collected next day, thats when problems stsarted|
