I ordered one month ago . I rang them after 2 weeks and they promised delivery the following week. It still has not turned up and i have just rung again and they still cannot promise a delivery date. All they could offer me was something for £35 more. I am now asking for a refundpromised for 2-3 days - watch this space. Item was in stock whilst all high street retailers stores and websites had none.
Delivery was amazingly fast. Item was very heavy but delivery by courier was still free.

ordered goods 8am one morning and it arrived 11.30am next day. icecream maker in good condition on arrival. would def. use again.
