Do not use Digital Empire Online!!! Read on. I ordered a microwave in middle of July 09, but after paying for it was told that the model required was not in stock & they didn t know when it would become available. I decided to wait 2 weeks to see if it became available, it didn t, & a suitable alternative was also unavailable. I therfore rang up & cancelled the order & requested my credit card be reimbursed. By early Aug money had not been reimbursed. Again rang Digital Empire Online (DEO) & got e-mail confirmation of order cancellation on 13 Aug but still no money. Rang again on 27 Aug as a reminder. By the 2nd Nov after innumerous calls by me to them, (at least 10) & never a return call from DEO as always promised, I was getting a little Pi!!ed Off. Finally after getting rather annoyed with the guys at DEO & telling them so, I got my money reimbursed early November. The guys you talk to at DEO are always very polite & say the write things, but my guess is as soon as they put down the phone they stick up two fingers. Don t go there, you have been warned.
