Good prices, easy ordering and fair

Good prices, easy ordering and fair delivery timsecale, but scores poorly for overall rating and customer service as website is misleading over so-called free delivery, adding without warning a £39 delivery charge to the final payment which does not appear on the invoice. When queried, I was told the charge was because I had a remote postcode. I live on the outskirts of Glasgow, the most populous city in Scotland.
