Web site gave the impression that TV was

Web site gave the impression that TV was in stock so I ordered, but it was out of stock. Other sites had the item cheaper but admitted being out of stock. When the first delivery date passed I had to contact them. I only learned the TV had arrived by contacting them and then the promised delivery was not met due to sickness! Collected myself to avoid further problems.
The TV was out of stock nationally, and there staff were polite and helpful but I had to do the chasing and delivery dates were not met..
