I NEVER EVER recommend this store (Digital Empire Online) to anyone at all

Save your time and find out other start who would appreciate your business as valuable customer and deal with you more effectively since this store they don't understand what customer means to them and they do not appreciate your business by treating you like you are worthless.

I have tried to place order for LCD TV , then I did not get any response regarding my order for 4 days, then I called to investigate what is going on with my order but the guy in the customer service that I have spoken with was very rude and careless about my order and he even did not help me to find out the progression of my order NO AT All, he said that he could only cancel my order and his excuse was that my order MAY was not completed however I got en email from them that my order was completed.

most of all he was palming me like if I was working for him and he forget that I was the customer calling to find out about my order And he was supposed to be more polite and professional with his customer.
