Appalling service. No communication what

Appalling service. No communication what so ever from the company. It says delivery within 3-5 working days and after me phoning on numerous occasions and speaking to various managers after more than 3 weeks I could still not get a straight answer of when I would be receiving my goods so therefore canceled my order. Do not use!
