We recently bought a plasma screen from Digital Empire Online. We ordered it over the phone, the staff were very helpful and the product was in stock.

The next day we received a phone call saying the product would be delivered the following day between 10 and 4 and the driver would call to say he was on the way. The following day he called as promised and we received the delivery in excellent condition. So we were watching our new TV that evening. In short, the time from ordering to delivery was 50 hours! Many thanks DEO.
