ordered sony handycam dvd- pound 231.00

ordered sony handycam dvd- pound 231.00 on the 6/6/07, payment taken on 7/6/07, bef ordering have checked item in stock, a week later sent email regarding item..was told no stock, will arrive next tuesday, coming that tuesday nothing from them..no communication what so ever. when call was told they will received item on 9/7/07.. call to cancel and demanded a refund..it takes 2 weeks for them to refund the money..that says it all.
