I order the product from this supplier

I order the product from this supplier because I was told that it was in stock and it should only take 3 days to deliver it to me. However when I rang up to check on my order status (because the website status hadn t changed) they told me it due in stock by the end of the week. No product arrived, I rang again and was told that someone would ring me back shortly (twice) and still nothing happened so I had to cancel my order.
