Digital Empire Online

I ordered one month ago . I rang them

I ordered one month ago . I rang them after 2 weeks and they promised delivery the following week. It still has not turned up and i have just rung again and they still cannot promise a delivery date. All they could offer me was something for £35 more. I am now asking for a refundpromised for 2-3 days - watch this space. There has been at no time any attempt to keep me informed in spite of an order tracer. This service is severely substandard. I hope you will be able to do something about this.
