Very pleased with the TV once received

Very pleased with the TV once received however the experience with Digital Empire was poor. Ordering on-line was easy, however it was the delivery and poor customer service which let this transaction down. Two confirmation e-mails were sent once the order was received, however no e-mail was received to inform when the item was dispatched and when to expect delivery. An order number was disclosed on the original e-mail to use to track and check the status of the order on-line. Upon checking, a delivery date was scheduled for Saturday 24th February, however after staying in all day, my TV did not arrive! I had to call Digital Empire On-line on Monday and was informed that my TV was delivered on Friday! The Customer Service advisor promised to call me back within twenty minutes, however after one hour still no call back. After calling Digital Empire AGAIN I finally managed to have the problem sorted out and my TV was delivered on Wednesday 28th February 8 DAYS AFTER my order was placed! (the website promises most items within three days). After this poor experience, I will NOT be using Digital Empire again.
