Digital Empire Online

In terms of ordering and delivery I had

In terms of ordering and delivery I had no problems BUT the goods arrived faulty and they refused to give me a full refund even though I was legally entitled to one (under the Sale of Goods Act). I wrote several times and phoned dozens of times but was constantly fobbed off or, worse still, told my refund was "being processed" which was a blatant lie. I got Trading Standards involved and finally my credit card company has refunded me the money and is continuing the dispute on my behalf. When it comes to anything going wrong, these people are complete cowboys.
