First of, ordering was easy on the website. Ordered it on thurs. 11/FEB. Got an e-mail to confirm my order and was given an order number. Rang them up on Monday as I saw the price had dropped and wanted a re-imbursement of the difference. The person who I spoke to said I couldn't and I told him to cancel my order. After 2 mins. he rang back and said that there will be a cancelation charge. I refused and I was then passed on to the manager. The Manager tried to negotiate with me by offering £20 and not the full £45!! eventually agreed to get the £45 and was told i'll get an e-mail for this.
Got the plasma I ordered as promised on wed.14/FEB but with the pedestal stand missing!!. I rang them up on that day and was promised a delivery for thurs. It didn't arrived and again I rang them up and was told it was out of stock so I then asked for a cabinet instead and I told them to keep the £45 that they owe me and i'll pay extra for the cabinet.
I told them about empire direct and that they were doing it for £1400 instead of their price of £1528 not forgetting I paid £1490 so they agreed that they'll just send it without me having to pay extra. I was promised a delivery today FRI.
I rang them up today just to confirm that I was expecting a delivery but I was told that I won't be receiving it today as it wasn't despatched. Got very frustrated over the phone and was promised a delivery tomorrow sat.
If I don't receive by then, I'll be cancelling everything!!!
Not worth ur time and better off buying elsewhere with no false promises!!! pls. for you sake AVOID!!!
