Digital Empire Online

I ordered a dvd recorder at 11.22am on

I ordered a dvd recorder at 11.22am on Wednesday 7th February, and it arrived at 11.00am on Friday 19th February.

It states on the website that items should be delivered next day, but less than 2 days I cannot complain at.

What I do have a problem with is the poor order update information on their website, and that fact that 2 emails later (one sent at 9.49am yesterday and one sent at 8.26am this morning) I got no reply to my question of when I could expect delivery.
