Almost excellent all round, one minor

Almost excellent all round, one minor glitch. Had arranged verbally delivery for 26/1/07, stayed off work all day. Had to phone to chase up and then informed that wouldn t be that day. They did however recover the situation by arranging delivery for the next day Saturday, when it did arrive.

As always the delivery for goods is the main problem, and I would have preferred a better idea of delivery time rather than anytime between 10.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m
