As you can see online shoppers I am

As you can see online shoppers I am telling you ALL to shop some were else! Having researched the goods I was looking for, I finally found it in stock and at a competitive price on this site. ?Brilliant!? I proceeded with the order, paid by credit card and was rewarded with a two to three working day delivery promise and a dispatch number, (this was on the 13th of Jan 2007).

It?s now 25th Jan 2007 and still no goods! Three emails (no reply)and several telephone conversations later (watch the pennies they put you on hold for a while)telling me it s on it s way. It transpired the goods would not be in stock until the beginning of Feb! What then compounded my annoyance was the fact that they then stated that, I would have to wait a further three days to for my account to be credited!

DO NOT trust their stock availability; DO NOT trust their delivery promise,and their customer care is absolutely shoddy.
