DVD/VCR/HDD advertised as being in

DVD/VCR/HDD advertised as being in stock. Ordered via internet - website OK. Item not received within the promised/advertised 3 working days. Attempted to contact customer care telephone number, could not get through due to high vloume of calls. After 1 week, item still not received. Eventually got through to customer care. They admited that item was not in stock at time of ordering. Although item in store 1 week after ordering, still had not been despatched - I am still waiting.
