Received usual emails to confirm my

Received usual emails to confirm my order. Heard nothing else. Called to chase order progress and was told Panasonic were having delivery problems. Called again and given delivery date. Still nothing delivered. Called again and told it was still a Panasonic problem and I should wait another month. Cancelled order. A good company will call their customer to advise of delays, Digital Empire Online should have called me, maybe offered an alternative product...anything but silence is good customer care.

Digital Empire Online charged my credit card even though the product I ordered was not in stock. Very poor. Go to Dixons Online instead!
