Without doubt the worse on line firm

Without doubt the worse on line firm (nay firm) I have ever had to deal with. Having taken my money, failed to deliver order despite numerous (7) phone calls. E-mails sent to customer services were just ignored. Still waiting for the return of my money and now taking legal action. Everyone I spoke to in sales excelled in being unhelpful with little sense of apology for the terrible service provided. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.
