Digital Empire Online

It took from 4 November to 7 December 2006 to get our DVD recorder. At no time did they e mail and explain the delay. The item was sold as in stock. I rang 3 times. It some time took 30 minutes to get through. I was alway told they were waiting for a delivery and the goods would be delivered the next week.

We did eventually get a call the day before to say the item was being delivered. Not Digital Empires fault but the item was delivered to an address 3 miles away. Luckily they print a contact telephone number on their parcels so this honest man rang me and I collected the dvd recorder that night.

If you can get the item elswhere even at a slightly dearer price I would rather do that than used this crowd
