I ordered a microwave in middle of July 09, but after paying for it was told that the model required was not in stock & they didn t know when it would become available. Ordered tv which website stated was in stock. One week later, with no delivery I phoned them to be told it was discontinued. Have been trying to get my money back ever since and been lied to continuously. Am now having to get my credit card company involved to try and retrieve the money. Customer Care was terrible. Representive was rude and unhelpful. Website promises 3-6 days but cannot deliver and doesn t keep you imformed. Representitive told me he didn t care if I spent £650 or £6000 his attitude would be the same as would his ability to help me!

Good prices, easy ordering and fair delivery timsecale, but scores poorly for overall rating and customer service as website is misleading over so-called free delivery, adding without warning a £39 delivery charge to the final payment which does not appear on the invoice. I ordered the TV when it was out of stock and had to keep phoning. Each time I was told when new stock was expected, but in fairness, Sony deleted the model and replaced it with an updated, more expensive model. Yes I had to wait, but was eventually given the new model, which is excellent, at no extra cost. Communication could have been much better, but worth the wait. Read Full Review »
