The reason for buying at Italy-outlet was that they had the best price for the Gaggia Titanium. The delivery was quicker than expected. However, we had problems with the steam nozzle two weeks after receiving the machine. We had Gaggia pick up the machine under the world wide garantee. Ordered Gaggia ice cream maker at saving of over £100 v London retail price. Ordering process, secure, efficient; lots of confirmations etc; delivered from Italy by DHL within 3 days, very happy.
