Although a little slow to answer an initial email enquiry regarding the progress of our order (out of stock), they more than made up for this later. The couriers damaged our first shipment. Italy-outlet were great unfortunately their courier DHL left a lot to be desired. They delivered the wrong item. Italy-outlet were great in sorting it out however if I had one complaint it would be I was unable to contact them via the phone re: this mistake. I had to email and a reply took a day.
