Italy-outlet were great unfortunately their courier DHL left a lot to be desired. They delivered the wrong item. Italy-outlet were great in sorting it out however if I had one complaint it would be I was unable to contact them via the phone re: this mistake. I had to email and a reply took a day.

The reason for buying at Italy-outlet was that they had the best price for the Gaggia Titanium. The delivery was quicker than expected. However, we had problems with the steam nozzle two weeks after receiving the machine. We had Gaggia pick up the machine under the world wide garantee.
