Italy-outlet were great unfortunately

Italy-outlet were great unfortunately their courier DHL left a lot to be desired. They delivered the wrong item. Italy-outlet were great in sorting it out however if I had one complaint it would be I was unable to contact them via the phone re: this mistake. I had to email and a reply took a day.
All in all though once the mistake was known italy-outlet resolved the issue. They were also very good in supplying an extra frother at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this retailer but not their courier !
