The reason for buying at Italy-outlet

The reason for buying at Italy-outlet was that they had the best price for the Gaggia Titanium. The delivery was quicker than expected. However, we had problems with the steam nozzle two weeks after receiving the machine. We had Gaggia pick up the machine under the world wide garantee. Gaggia still charged us £50 pounds for the shipment and insurance. Fortunately, we got all the money back from Italy-Outlet. So, great customer care on their side. The only dissappointment was with Gaggia. When I was checking the status of the service I was told that imported machines receive low priority. We expect to receive the repaired machine no earlier than three and a half week after it has been shipped out.
