Despite a problem with first Gaggia

Despite a problem with first Gaggia machine, Italy Outlet were extremely efficient and immediately dispatched a new unit without question or delay. Only downside cost of machine was debitted by credit card company in Euros who gave a less favourable rate than Italy Outlet had indicated (in £) making the machine £15 more expensive than indicated a point of sale.
