I've used this store within the last few months. I guess it would be great if you purchased something, and whatever you purchased was fine. However, there was a problem with my order (the product was faulty). This is where the problems started.

The site doesn't deal with queries over the phone, so everything has to be dealt with by email, which as best is crushingly slow. Imagine this.......your product arrives faulty. You cantact the manufacturer helpline, and am told to return the product for a replacement. So, I contact Italy Outlet by email and explain. Then I wait. And wait. And wait. I wait around 6 days, just for my email to be acknowledge, and am told to pack up the product, as DHL will collect it. So naturally, I think ......"when". I (like most people) work in the day, so it'd be nice to know at least which day I need to take off work, to be there to hand over the machine. So, I email Italy Outlet for a date. Again...I wait...and wait. I get home later that week to see a DHL "Sorry we missed you card".!!! What is it with this site!?

Be warned, if you're tempted by the cheap prices (and they're cheap), then just bear in mind that - if there's the slightest problem with your order, you'll have to go through this process of "pulling teeth" to get anywhere. Personally, I'd rather pay 10% more and buy from my local store - at least they speak to me.
