Ordered a Gaggia ice-cream maker at a great price using their "make us an offer" feature. Got a reply within minutes and ordered one (don't wait too long as the offer will disappear!)

They emailed to say would process on 30 August and it was delivered by courier directly from Italy on 4 September. Brilliant service- would definitely recommend.
