A disaster from start to finish, but still waiting for a full refund after 2 months, in the hands of the credit card company. I would not recommend this store as it appears to be managed by either incompetent or dishonest people. I purchased a coffee machine at the begining of July and it arrived with a piece msissing and was faulty. Maybe I should have guessed by the name of the site, but it wasn't made clear that they didn't hold any stock in this country and that Gaggia would deliver direct from Italy. Ordered an SAECO Odea Giro it arive on the expected day in perfect condition. Works great at a very good price. If there was a statement saying the price was based in Euros and may change due to exchange rate changes this may avoid some of the statement made by others. Despite a problem with first Gaggia machine, Italy Outlet were extremely efficient and immediately dispatched a new unit without question or delay. Only downside cost of machine was debitted by credit card company in Euros who gave a less favourable rate than Italy Outlet had indicated (in £) making the machine £15 more expensive than indicated a point of sale. I've used this store within the last few months. I guess it would be great if you purchased something, and whatever you purchased was fine. However, there was a problem with my order (the product was faulty). This is where the problems started.

Ordered a Gaggia ice-cream maker at a great price using their "make us an offer" feature. Got a reply within minutes and ordered one (don't wait too long as the offer will disappear!)

We found a Gaggia ice cream maker here at a price considerably cheaper than elsewhere.

First item was mis-delivered by courier and arrived damaged.

Store immediately offered a replacement at the same price and this arrived safely.

Excellent service in the circumstances.
