I ordered the Sterling 800DF on the 31/01/06 on the phone, I was contacted the next working day to be told my order had been processed and I would receive the item within 10 working days.

I received a call from the delivery company in 7 days and a convenient delivery date was arranged. The cooker arrived promptly, the delivery staff were considerate and throughtout the experience was a pleasure and a joy.

I order a lot of items on the internet and I would highly recommend this company.
